Take a mini vacation from stress

"It is truly professional and healing." - Anne Marie, Newtown Square

Swedish Massage

Stressed out?  Can't sleep?  Do you suffer from tension headaches or TMJ?  If so, then Swedish massage is for you.  Swedish massage is one the the most well known massage techniques.  It is designed to relax your body through manipulation of the soft tissue of the body and by improving circulation.  A combination of strokes are used including kneading, rolling, percussion and rocking.  The end result is a relaxed body and a relaxed mind.

Deep Tissue Massage

How is your posture?  Are you suffering from neck and back pain?  Do you have limited range of motion that is affecting your daily activities?  Live pain free with Deep Tissue massage.  A Deep Tissue massage is performed once the muscles have been warmed up and relaxed through the kneading  techniques of a Swedish massage.  This allows the massage to penetrate the sub-layer of musculature and fascia.  A Deep Tissue massage helps with chronic muscular pain and reduces inflammation related pain associated with arthritis and tendonitis.
